About me

In my business life as a professional manager I was always interested in people.

Qualifying as a person centred counsellor in 1999 I gained BACP* accreditation in 2003 and worked as a counsellor with the NHS, Women’s Centres and in private practice.

A member of UKRCP**, I have also trained in:

• Art Therapy
• Brief Therapy
• Anger Management
• Non-violent Communication
• Childhood Sexual Abuse Counselling
• Alcohol Counselling

I provide a confidential, honest and supportive atmosphere with a deep respect for individuals and their innate qualities. I enjoy seeing people develop In their lives and reach their full potential.
